We frequently release products through a pre-order system, allowing us to carefully manage production while offering a special launch price during the manufacturing process.
Before placing a pre-order, please take a moment to read the following information.
The estimated production and shipping time can be found in each product description. In most cases, orders are shipped approximately one month after the purchase date.
As every garment is produced in small batches, unexpected delays may occasionally occur. If your order is delayed by more than 10 days beyond the estimated shipping date, you'll receive a store credit for a future purchase as a thank you for your patience.
Please make sure to select the correct size before placing your order. Every product includes a size chart to help you choose the best fit.
If you need a different size after receiving your order, exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If your requested size is unavailable, you may return the garment and receive store credit for the full amount paid, valid for 6 months.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the estimated production and shipping times provided in the product description.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds due to misunderstandings regarding the pre-order timeline.
